The Forest of Bowland AONB is working in partnership with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust to run the exciting new Bowland Haytime Project. This project, funded by Lancashire Environmental Fund and the AONB Partnership, will run from June 2012 to October 2013 and aims to restore at least 20 important upland hay meadows in the Forest of Bowland.

We are currently looking to recruit a part-time Haytime Project Officer. We also have a contract opportunity for a seasonal grassland surveyor.

The closing date for the Haytime Project Officer vacancy is Tuesday 1st May. Quotations for the surveyors contract should also be submitted by Tuesday 1st May 2012.
