This year’s Supporter Woodland is Harrison's Wood in a beautiful spot near Pateley Bridge. The woodland has been planted with a mixture of native broadleaf specieis, including large proportions of Hawthorn, Ash and Downy Birch.

Flowers of the Dales Festival

The Flowers of the Dales Festival highlights the fantastic wildflowers and habitats we have in the Yorkshire Dales and gives everyone an opportunity to appreciate and understand their importance.

Dales Woodland Restoration

Tree planting is perhaps what the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust is most well known for. Since we first started out in 1996 we’ve helped to plant over one million trees in the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas.

Hay Time

Over the last fifty years or so, some 97% of meadows in the UK have been lost, largely due to modern, intensive farming methods.
