Administrative and IT Officer

We’re looking for a well organised and self-motivated person to provide administrative and IT admin support to the YDMT team - ensuring we can delivery our charitable work effectively.  

Full-time - 35 hours per week | One-year fixed term contract
£19,781 to £22,173, 8% pension contribution, Paycare Health Plan  

We’re looking for a well organised and self-motivated person to join the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust team, providing essential administrative and IT admin support to ensure the effective delivery of our charitable work.  

This is an interesting and varied role that’s essential to the smooth running of the charity. No two days will be the same – so you’ll need the energy and focus to multi-task across different areas with limited supervision. Some of your responsibilities will include processing project data and paperwork, dealing with routine IT tasks, collating information and research, organising meetings and events as well as acting as Secretariat for project meetings.

If you’re an experienced administrator, with good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail this could be the ideal job for you, and an opportunity to make a real difference to a charity doing big things for the people, landscape and wildlife of the Yorkshire Dales.
