Do you want your business to have a more positive impact on the environment?
Would you like to make a difference in your local community?
With Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust as your charity partner your business could make a real difference through a range of projects – from restoring landscapes to transforming lives.
There are lots of different ways you can support our work too – whether it’s simply making a charitable donation or running your own charity fundraising event. Here’s some of our suggestions...
Make a charitable donation
Giving a one-off or regular contribution is the simple way to make a big difference to our work. Every donation, no matter how big or small, is essential to making our projects happen. If you're interested in supporting our work please get in touch or you can make a donation online right now.
Be an inspiration!
Whether it’s a charity walk, bike ride or cake sale fundraising is a great way to involve your staff and customers too. We’ll be on hand to help you organise and promote your charity event or activity.
Our projects and appeals address issues that are important to you and your customers. Examples include sponsoring of a wildflower meadow habitat, funding an outreach event for a group in your local community or planting a new woodland. Read about our current projects What we do
Gifts in kind
Non cash donations – like prizes, venues, your services or expertise - are vital to us, freeing up precious resources that we can use to deliver our practical work.
15,000 copies of our popular Flowers of the Dales Festival booklet are distributed every spring and summer throughout the Yorkshire Dales and wider region. With sponsorship from £1,000 and advertising space from £150 it’s a great way to get exposure for your business and support a great cause. Advertise with us
Support new woodlands

Doing something practical to support our work – like planting trees, collecting wildflower seed or dry-stone walling – is great for engaging your staff and team-building. Find out about our volunteering opportunities.
