We’re excited to invite you to join the YDMT team at the 2026 Total Warrior on Saturday 27th June.
By joining our team, you’ll be supporting Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust (YDMT) and helping to protect and enhance the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, our incredible landscapes and wonderful wildlife! At YDMT we believe in getting stuff done. We make a lasting impact through our work, planting 1.6 million trees, safeguarding over 850 hectares of wildflower meadows and inspiring others to care for this beautiful part of the world. Now, you've got the chance to get stuck in to support our work.
Total Warrior is billed as the “Great Northern Mud Run” and that’s exactly what it is. Set in Bramham Park, Leeds, it’s run over 12k, 6k or 3k (for juniors). It’s a mud filled, adrenaline fuelled assault course built to test your stamina, strength and teamwork with lots of laughs along the way. Here’s how you can get involved
Step 1: Register Now
Secure your spot at the discounted price of £45 per person. Entry fee includes YDMT running vest, finishers t-shirt, a victory beer, a total warrior headband and total warrior goodies. Please read our Terms and Conditions for this event, you'll need to agree to these when you register.
Once you have paid your registration through the YDMT website, we'll send you sign up instructions and a YDMT code which will allow you to complete your entry on the Total Warrior website. Don't forget to subscribe to our emails when you register to get regular information and tips in the run up to the big event.
Step 2: Start Fundraising
We’ll provide you with everything you need to hit your fundraising target, including tips, resources, and a dedicated JustGiving page to make it easier for you to share your journey.
To ensure YDMT raises enough from the event to cover our costs and support lasting impact through our work, we need participants to raise a minimum of £150 per person. If you want to support us but you're not sure you’ll be able to reach the target, please get in touch and we’ll help find the best way for you to support us.
Step 3: Start Training & Get Ready
Prepare to take on the 12k, 6k, or Junior 3k route, and know that every step you take will help us protect and restore the stunning landscape of the Yorkshire Dales.
